Trusted Contacts

Trusted contacts are people you frequently schedule with. Once connected, you can see each other's availability instantly without sharing links each time.

How It Works

  1. Send a trusted contact request to someone's email
  2. They receive an email notification to accept or decline
  3. Once accepted, both users can see each other's free/busy information
  4. Calendar data is accessed only when scheduling — it's not stored permanently

Contact Statuses

  • Pending — Request sent, awaiting response
  • Accepted — Mutual visibility enabled
  • Rejected — Request declined
  • Blocked — Contact blocked from sending requests

Relationship Types

  • Team — Internal teammates at the same organization
  • External — Contacts at other organizations

API Access

Manage contacts programmatically via the Contacts API or the get_contacts MCP tool.
