Short URLs

Every Synced user gets a clean booking URL:

Share it in email signatures, LinkedIn profiles, Slack bios, or anywhere you communicate.

What Visitors See

  • Your available time slots for the next 7 days
  • Times displayed in the visitor's local timezone
  • A booking form for name, email, and optional message
  • Instant confirmation after booking

Rich Link Previews

When you share your booking URL on social media or messaging apps, Synced generates personalized Open Graph meta tags showing your name:

  • Title: "Book a time with Carlos Ruiz | Synced"
  • Description: "Schedule a meeting with Carlos Ruiz using Synced Calendar"
  • Image: Synced brand image (1200x630)

Configuration

Customize your booking page in Settings → Booking Links:

  • Default meeting duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
  • Auto-approve vs. manual approval
  • Link expiration date
  • Enable/disable the link
